It said that one or more of the VistaGlazz essential system files are corrupt and that I may try to patch them. So, I did, and now I have NO transparency at all! Whenever I try to adjust my appearance setting, it say Host Process Rundll32 has stopped working.

    Help me please!

System restore will fix all your messed up windows files but your personal files are safe.

Thanks, I had to restore twice because the first time I didn't go back far enough (I spend a deal of time trying to solve the problem manually).

Well, that was my first time using System Restore and it sure was a life saver. It is much easier and quicker that I could have ever imagined. Plus, it's a million times better than doing a reformat.

    Thanks everybody.

Really Nice how VistaGlazz doesn't post that SP1 doesn't work on the main page of their worthless site.

Most people are on SP1 now, if you have auto updates installed

If you use the VistaGlazz SP1 Beta 2, it should patch the files correctly (thats what i used), but there are no guarantees.

Sorry for bumping this but if system restore (went back about 6 days) fails what are my options?
