Does anyone know of any (free if possible) programs that take the audio output from the computer and display a bar chart of the frequencies. I have my PSP set up as an extended display and I want to have something to display the audio spectrum on the PSP screen.

    So:

Music Production Software -> Audio Spec. Analyser -> Speakers/Headphones

    Something like this:

Any help much appreciated. I may even try writing one in C++ or VB if I can find a basic tutorial/guide.
