    How fast will VS .NET 2003 and maybe next one run on 1.2GHz Pentium-M & Intel 915 GMS Express? 1gb RAM

    That's enough as long as you aren't doing huge compilations. I have run .NET 2003 on lower specs than that. If you are compiling huge amounts of code it might take a while, but for general useage you should be fine.

    You can realy gudge a CPU by the clock anymore.

    It should run fine. Unless of course you're compiling some huge project. The extra ram will help alot! I have .net 2k3, and sql server running, and an extra 512megs of ram kicked my machine into high gear.
