So for the past few days I've been noticing volume problems with my laptop. It started out when I was watching a couple of movies on my laptop and suddenly the volume increased to max and back again after 15secs and when I checked the volume rocker in the taskbar nothing had been changed or moved at all.
I thought it might of been the player (Media Player Classic) so I moved over to VLC and after half an hour the same problem started to occur, I cant remember but I think it happened to youtube video's as well but youtube video's decreased in sound.
Currently WMP is acting up as well. I'm playing a song and after a while it stops, like it did few mins before writing up this post and when I started this paragraph it started up again. This happens occasionally, cause I've been playing music for atleast 3-4 hours since this afternoon and it started acting up once this afternoon and several times in the past hour.
I havent checked or tried anything yet, I just wanted to get advice from you guys as to what you guys think the problem might be and what I should do. The WMP problem isnt as big of a problem has the video volume jumping up and down since I connect my 2.1 speakers and its really annoying especially when its in the middle of the night and everyones sleeping.
Any advice at all would be really great and appreciatedThank you in advance.
Volume automatically jumps back and forth
