Ok It is my understanding that vsync caps the fps at 60 in games. Most games give you an option to turn vsync on or off. However MW2 does not. So my first question is what's the deal with that? and is there anyway to enable it to 60? so it runs smoothly and I don't get the tearing affect? I have heard that the cap is set at a default of 85, which isn't as smooth as 60.
