This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     my updates does give me the option to install but I didn't include it...wheww....

    Thanks for the heads up! I too just uninstalled it...

    Was just reading that the effected computers were mainly isolated to Brazil and were using the 32 Bit version of Windows 7, but it is possible that it could effect other customers. Microsoft is claiming that it stems from some third party software that is causing a conflict. Reading on another forum apparently it is a plugin that all major banks in Brazil require users to install to use their sites. Can't be too safe I say.
