I recently purchased a laptop. One of the reasons I chose this particular one was that the WEI on the store display model was 4.5.When I brought mine home the WEI was only 2.7.The two lower scores were from the processor and the ram.Does anyone know how I bring my comp up to the stats that were on the store display?

Are you absolutely certain that the laptop you bought had the exact same specs as the one on display?
