OK, absolutly confused and nervous..
PROBLEM: when i press alt key in explorer or in Mozilla, menu with underlined keys come up.. I am using Vista.... when i press for example F a file menu will roll down, when H, help menu will roll down but i cant disable it, i thought that when i press the same combination it will disapear but not.. i cant write after that, i had to restart explorer, also i cant run any aplication by double click on an icon.. i can disable it by alt+Esc but that doesn work always.. please help

I'm trying to figure out what exactly did you do.
You hit alt, then f, then alt and f again?? What are you trying to disable? -
Just use the mouse and click where you're supposed to write?
Pressing alt again should work though.
The alt-button is a feauture to not having to move the mouse in order to use the menus -
problem solved, my alt key is not working - its definitely broken
