I have been looking about a fix for this problem, and I only found that:

    1. It could be related to McAfee. --> My XPS came with McAfee but I unistalled and replaced with SAV Corporate.

    2. It can be fixed by disabling the Service from Administrative Tools. --> When I attempt this, I get a message saying that Security Center and IP Helper will be affected... is it a good idea to stop it?

I can connect to Internet perfectly and everything seems to work fine, but the message is annoying.

    Any suggestions?

    thanks!
