    Can not manage music library:

    I've tried...
1.) Stopping WMP services from services.msc, then deleting the Media Player folder where the database/playlists etc are.

2.) Unchecking Windows Media Player from Control Panel's Window Features On/Off list, Running CCLeaner to clean the registry for WMP stuff. Then Re-checking Windows Media Player From Windows Features On/Off list.

    Still can't manage library.

    Any Suggestions?

Did you want the library deleted? I'm not sure what you mean by "manage".
