    I have question, Do you think that is it nice idea to write PhD thesis in word97.
    Who has such kind of experience. can you give me some advices, hints etc..
    I have also endnote4.0 for the references.

    It works acceptably, although you miss out on some of the cool features included from 2000 and up. You might also have compatibility issues if you wanted to take your work to another computer using XP or 2003, especially using endnote. It will not translate all of your work properly.
