Any screen will become blurry in used in non-native resolution, yes.
However, I'm not sure what you're asking in regards to WXGA and WSXGA+...
If you order WSXGA+, the screen that comes with the system will be of native resolution for WSXGA+.
The same will be said if you order a WXGA screen.
Unless you intend to use a WSXGA+ screen in WXGA mode, the screen will not be blurry. -
Whichever screen you use, know this: Vista will NOT allow you to lower the DPI to increase screen estate on your laptop/desktop. So you'd be able to increase the DPI on the higher res screen if the text were too small, but you won't be able to decrease the DPI on either screen if the text is too large.
Of course, with XP, you can increase AND decrease. Fortunately, Vista, being more advanced, has relieved us of the necessity of making this decision for ourselves. -

In both XP and Vista you can get formatting problems when you change the DPI setting from the standard 96DPI because many windows and boxes are sized assuming 96DPI. When you increase the DPI setting then the text will not fit properly.
Last year we were told that Vista would fix this problem but this feature did not make it into the final release. As a result, I have a 15.4" WSXGA+ display which I have to use with the DPI increased by 15%.

Thanks John.....that being the case would you be better to get the WXGA screen and use it in native resolution instead of getting the WSXGA and increasing the DPI?...which may be blurry.
WSXGA-Vista better in non native Resolution?
