Under Personalize, Desktop, How should the picture be positioned; there are only 3 options (fullscreen, tile, centered) in Business and probably other editions.

In Ultimate there are about 6 options to set the wallpaper's position, and there was one which fits only with my current wallpaper (fullscreen widescreen i think).

Is there any tools/ hacks/ software that can allow it to restore the options?

I am running vista ultimate and I only see 3 options not 6 . "Fit to screen", "tile" and "center". You choose either one of them based on the size of the wallpaper in question. I usually find wallpapers that match my resolution (1280x 800) therefore I always use the "fit to screen" option with no problems.
