    Seems pretty impressive with a 10 minute install time, however I'm not sure the minimum size that the drive would have to be, they used a 4GB model. Would be a great idea espescially for those just reinstalling XP.

    If you use nLite you can get the XP install size down easily fit on as small as a 512MB USB drive.

    I remember I did a recovery straight from my Acer recovery Partition using GAG bootloader VS using the two Recovery DVDs I burned.

    The DVDs took about 1hr and 15min
    The Partition took no longer than 20min.

    I imagine using USB would be faster being it's flash vs HD.
