    Dudes,

Through a process of tiresome elimination I have deduced the Toshiba Bluetooth Stack as shipped by Sony (in my Vaio TZ) causes Vista Explorer to crash when dragging and dropping files between panes.

Yes, I've uninstalled and reinstalled it (along with just about everything else). Yes, I've tried disabling it and other services. Yes, it's guilty.

Can anyone suggest an alternative or update even?

    TT

I only know this from working on my girlfriend's toshiba laptop, but I believe there are updates on the Toshiba website for Toshiba's vista bluetooth stack. I was messing around with her computer trying to get the bluetooth to work, but I was working on VNC remote desktop and had no luck, mainly because i wasnt physically in front of the comptuter, and she isnt 100% computer savvy.

anyway, go to the toshiba website, look in their services area and find your laptop model number. Somewhere on the site should be information on how to fix the bluetooth stack problem.
