Way to open several specific files at once? And specific URL's

So let's say you would like to open a pdf, a word document, open a specific website, and Maple 18 and you have to open those up multiple times over a week. Is there a way to save all current windows including URL's of the

I was wondering if there was a way to designate a single button shortcut on the desktop to open a bunch of windows at the same time.

As a starter what is the fastest way to make a clickable icon to a specific website on the desktop? Faster than pasting its URL into a word document and having to copy and paste. Though ideally I'd like to just click one button "math problem set" and it would open all the related windows or one button "python coding problem set" and it would automatically all related windows.

What is the closest thing to this? So far the best I can think of is to create a folder for each lump of tasks and create a desktop shortcut to the folder but it would be fantastic if I could just press some buttons on the keyboard to save all my current windows and then one click later bring them back up.

What about a script and/or batch file?

Or scheduling something in the task scheduler to occur at logon?

I have a program called Auto Hotkey that allows you to set up and run those types of multiple program open situations. So, for instance, you could set it up so that every time you hit Win+1, your first set of programs open, and Win+2 could open your second set.

Probably create a folder where all the shortcuts and Web links like this get put, and then either script it or use task scheduler to make it all open at once. If you can't do that, you could just select that folders contents and open everything inside, but that's more manual.
