I am looking to create a webpage for an organization and I am wondering if there is a software that is used more or should I even bother with purchasing a software. Looking for suggestions. Thanks.

Net objects Fusion is a nice program to use for the beginner and intermediate person.

Microsift Expresssions, and Dreamweaver are most common for high end sites.

I give the thumbs up for Adobe Dreamweaver. I have heard good things about Microsoft Expression web but I don't have any personal experience with it.
