So I've been browsing around for the software I can use with my web cam for video conferencing. The main goal I am trying to accomplish is trying to video conference ( multiple people) with my friends (most of which of macs) over AIM. It is hard for me to test programs out because I dont have a web cam with my desktop. However I will be getting one with my sager 2090. I am currently using pidgin on my desktop which does not support video chat. And from what I've read Trillian Pro cannot video chat with iChat users at all (correct me if im wrong). The only solution I have been able to find is that I would have to use a different service like Skype or ooVoo ( www.oovoo.com; check it out, its pretty cool). Does anyone have any suggestions? Am I forgetting about a program?
Thanks

Skype works really well for me. If you're going over a wireless network though, make sure you have a steady, good connection. Those seem to cause real problems for it. As for oovoo ... i'm going to check that out at your suggestion

Thanks for the quick response. Yeah I was thinking I was going to have to convert people to Skype. So Skype can conference with multiple users right?
