As many of you know, bookmarks in Firefox come with a little picture to the left of them. I'm experiencing a weird problem with some of them. Sometimes the picture next to a bookmark will be that of a different website. Aan example would be my xkcd picture keeps changing to different websites I've visited. Is there any reason why it keeps changing, instead of staying on it's own? And how can I fix this?

They're called favicons, and yes, it has happened to me occasionally, but I don't have a fix either.

There's a Firefox add-on called FavIcon Picker, which allows you to choose any icon in your HDD for any bookmark... don't know if it's still around and if it works on current FF version, since I have been using Chrome for a while... (no, I don't miss my FF addons that much)
