netw3v64.sys crashes and bluescreened on me. Problems Reports and Solution do not have a solution and neither do google.

Do anyone know what netw3v64.sys relates to and how to solve the crashes? i got it twice within 4 days after the clean install on my laptop My guess is it has something to do with networking drivers.

I am using Vista Business x64.

netv3w64 seems to be related to the networking component of the OS. have updated the stock Vista 3945ABG drivers to the latest Intel drivers. Seems to be stable now, will post evaluation of the drivers next week.
