Okay this is weird, it started happening around a week ago.

When I turned on my computer, it got to the point where to shows those 'debug' messages (before the OS selection screen, probably during the time the boot loader is getting loaded), and my computer just restarts. Normally it would continue on to the OS selection screen.

It doesn't happen all the time, sometimes I turn my computer off and even after leaving it a whole day, and turning it back on, it works immediately. The problem occurs randomly.

So now I have to always do a repair whenever this comes up (where it shows that it repairs the 'boot partition table' because it was corrupt, if I'm not mistaken that was what was written on the repair log in the Vista CD's repair option) from my Vista CD.

Any thoughts on this? If my boot loader gets corrupted every time, what can be the cause of this, and what is a proper solution than just doing repair everytime? I don't want to reformat yet, even though I already have my backups ready. I just thought maybe someone has a solution to this.
