I've just gotten an Inspiron 6000 that came with free 15 month McAfee subscription with AV, firewall, spam etc.

I've heard mixed reviews about McAfee...is it any good? What I was going to install was AVG Free, Zone Alarm firewall, AdAware, Spybot (S&D) and Spywareblaster, all freeware. I know the last three do pretty much the same thing but I was told that they all compliment each other, and they'll prob go on anyway. The main thing is the AV/firewall.

Would the McAfee stuff be better than the free stuff or is there anything else to recommend?

    Help would be appreciated, thanks.
