    Hey

Me being a movie buff, we all need codecs to watch movies and also watch the new Blu-ray Movies.

What Codecs are you using for this, I am currently using FFDSHOW with CoreAVC.

Anything better out there for Divx HD Blu-ray ect....

Also I am aware of VLC player but really like the interface of WMP and also VLC wont play Blu-Ray files ....... I dont think?

Nah, you already are using the best. VLC doesn''t use FFDshow or CoreAVC, and is generally not good at playing back certain types of files.

I believe you need to use software like the latest PowerDVD to decode BluRay. The BluRay protection is a lot more robust than the simple CSS on DVDs.

Either use VLC or if you want to use your favorite media player, use Vista Codec Pack. I REALLY recommand this. You only need to install this codec pack that regroup all the essentials like .mov, divx and all.

For Blu-Ray, you need to get a DVD player or have something else that do the job, eg Vista Ultimate.
