This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    The one were you go on a website, select what programs you want to install, and you download the installer, and it installs everything you want for you, instead of downloading each program seperately.

    ...and this is why to use xmarks addon in firefox, to sync back old bookmarks after reinstallation ;)

    That site definitely looks interesting, I think I'll try it myself next time. For my friends etc I'd need localised version or possibility to install software with same language as OS.

    Nice. Wish they had Trillian on there, but at least they have Eclipse and Python, which is nice.
