According to Wikipedia, it is a new flash drive format. So...

1)What are the exact improvments and benefits that we can expect on flash drives when Vista SP1 is released?
2)It does not seem to have support for Readyboost at the moment, is there any news that it will have support for Readyboost?

    1) Well, Wikipedia already covered some, (NTFS has a lot of these features already but NTFS is not designed for removable media)
    2) I didn't see anything that specifically says it does not support ReadyBoost.
