    What does this mean ID 1033? Blue Screen

    I walked into another room and turn on a friend's MacBook, put it on WIFI using access code. Walk back and see my T61 has rebooted! Got the following message. I dont know if its a coicidece with the Apple or not. Thank!

    isn't OS version 6.1= win7? (vista = 6.0.x.x.x etc)

    Yep, build 7600 is the final release of Windows 7. I believe ID 1033 refers to the language of the installation, in this case, English (US).

    I downloaded the MSFT program to read minidump files but am not quite sure what i'm doing. Anyway I had repeated the steps resulting in the Blue Screen ie using WIFI on an Apple and kaboom Blue Screen occurs again. The only change since yetsterday when things were running fine. So put the Apple away and no more problems.

    Do the minidump files contain info which may be a security risk to post here?

    Yes, but its the same as with people who say "laptop in sig"... its better to spell it out :)

    Not sure... I never needed to use them so far...

    from your blue screen and the minidump there should be a series of four 8 digit error code numbers.

    we would be interested in the first of these.
