I've googled around and found a few paid services.

    - Boomerang has a paid service to send weekly reminders
    - there are also websites that I have used to send free weekly reminders but have found that I get random calls and spam as a result of giving my email address
    - Schedule once is a paid service that lets someone pick a time out of your calendar to schedule a meeting. Basically, this is what I want although I want the time slots to be censored so they can only see the time slots and not what the descriptions in my google calendar are.

I've tried boomerang, boomerang calendar, and Meeting Scheduler for Google Calendar™ 3.2 and they have been just okay

Scheduling meetings over gmail can become inefficient. Email 1: hey lets meet as 12pm, Email 2 No, 12 pm is not good Email 3: how about 1pm Email 4: no 1pm is not good how about 1:30 pm
