I'm not a big gamer, I just play for a few minutes at a time to relax my mind from accounting related work.

Return to Castle Wolfenstein plays fine for me on my system, but what other good games will work on this card?

I dont think you should have any problem with HL2/CSS. You can probably play older games from the Rainbow Six series, including raven shield. I wouldn't think you could play Doom3, but theres a start!

    Depends

    I'm assuming yours is a x300.

I doubt the latest will run on it, if it is, very low resolution and kinda choppy.

I know the x600 at 64mb will run high intensity games like BF2 at average on low settings, so it's hard to see the x300 do the same.

I assume you mean the 64MB x300 (since you have an I6000d). Well, just about any game will run on your system, especially given the fast HD, really fast processor, and copious amount of RAM. However, as for what you can run at maximum detail settings...not a whole lot. You should be able to get fairly close (like, most things on high) with HL2, Chaos Theory, and and UT2004...most other newer games like DooM 3 and FarCry are going to make a much bigger hit on performance.

Any game 2 or more years old should run at maximum graphics easily.

warcraft III and warcraft III frozen throne work pretty good on my desktop 64 MB graphics card...but it is an INtel graphics card..so it still isn't good as other 64 MB graphics cards...lol...u can play medal of honor games...the allied assault 1s pretty great 2...and lord of the rings: the battle for middle earth works fine on it 2..wit the Sims 2...there is a whole big loading time that i gave up on my desktop...and used it on my laptop instead :)

Pleasantly surprised, I just loaded Doom3 on my laptop and it seems to work fine with a 64MB card. It has a few delayed frames from time to time but overall it works fine.
