I've read about the horizontal black rectangle but not vertical lines

Could you identify a program installed on your computer whose name is something between "CCleaner" and "Combined community codec"?

i tried system restore to the day before, the problem was fixed, but because it is a new computer, during this time and the system restore time, i installed loads of programs. When i restored to yesterday, the programs are all gone, but the program files are still there, doesnt that take up alot of space? or do i have to manually delete the folders myself?

Wow, I thought it was just me with this problem. There is a big chunk of white space in my list too, but the rest of the programs show up when I scroll to the bottom, weird.
