Whatever the default is in Windows 7, because I haven't bothered with customizing it.
My brother keeps the laptop plugged in most of the time anyway. -
Mine is set to 5%. Just a habit I guess.

5% why change it? I get ample notification with the "low battery level" and would rather make the decision myself to shut down than have it happen to me unexpectedly.

same here, the default 5%. I too though am almost never off battery.

10% for the alert. 7% it will automatically shutdown. I know just because the battery level says 10%, doesn't mean it's actually at 10%. That way there is no chance of the battery cutting out before it hits 0% (or 5% as can happen).
