    What software will even out volume output out of comp?

    Sometimes I sleep with wireless earbuds in ears.

    And then in a youtube video or audio file, the speaker will suddenly yell or there will be a loud sound effect

    What software will even out volume output out of comp? Can make those loud sounds quieter

    I assume you did a Google search for 'auto volume adjustment' or 'volume adjustment programs'. I found one for android devices and some others that may work in windows. Did any of those work for you?
