    Hi guys,

Sorry if I ask a dumb question. I want to install another antivirus program on my computer instead of Norton AV. When I uninstall the Norton AV, the computer said that there are some files in the quarantine folder and ask me if I want to delete them or not. So what to do? If I delete them would the virus got clean up also or not? Please help. Thanks

Yes, delete them. Nothing should be left in quarantine anyhow. Anytime you run a scan and things end up quarantined, it is a good practice to then empty the quarantine folder. Most virus software includes a way to do this, but you can also navigate to the folder and simply delete its contents.
