Those isos can all be changed to what ever windows 7 version you want, by changing efi.cfg, in sources folder.
You can also use rearm to use windows 7 for 120 days, and this is not against microsofts rules. -

Have you guys experienced any decrease in performance from RC to RTM? I ask this because many people said that evolving from Beta to RC they notice some lack of speed in many areas (booting, starting up applications, etc.), and I wonder if the step from RC to RTM have brought similar unwanted side effects. -
