    looks like vista to me.

    Though I am not sure if you can get a theme for XP that would make it look like this.

    It's probably a copy of XP using a skinning program like WindowBlinds or something similar. The latest builds of Vista look like this

    That looks like a Longhorn theme I had installed some time back. I don't have the install any more, though.

    Yea this doesn't seem like to be Vista. The newest Vista RC1 release doesn't have any other theme but the circle XP flag in the corner.
