    Every time I run CCleaner to clean up my registry. The same entry always shows up. Is it really important? I always just have CCleaner wipe it clean without doing any registry backup.

    usually it's a file format from a standalone CCTV digital video recorder

    not sure why it shows up on your system.......

    its just a missing file association, im guessing one of the programs you run automatically tries to restore it
