I know there are a few that can be used like Yahoo Messenger.
I do not want to use this because people tend to chat with their families AT THE SAME TIME when using YM as conference >_<.

But I was looking for a more 'business' program?
The thought of windows live conference occurred to me but it cannot be used
by blackberry (not that I know of at least)

The program that I want to use must
1st - be available in blackberry as well
2nd - be able to have unlimited conference with no limited number of people
3rd - windows based if possible

    Any recommendation?

Skype? I like skype. I googled it real quick and it looks as though it has a Skype Mobile app for Blackberrys. Sorry I don't know much about Blackberrys. I use Skype on my iPhone just fine though. Hmmm now that I think of it, not sure you can conference skype on the iphone app - I'll have to try it sometime soon and let you know.

Are you talking about phone conferencing or video conferencing. If you're talking about phone conferencing, I use FreeConference.com which provides free conferencing. You can either set it up by reserving the time, or do your conference at the spur of the moment; and you can send email invitations or not, as you prefer. Great service. Check their website for details: FreeConference.com - Free Telephone Conference Call Service

For video conferencing, I've only used Skype, but it's very satisfactory.

Well, what i want would be something like...

you know like how in msn you can initiate a chat with someone first?
in this instance, me (A) started a chat with (B)

and after that perhaps you can invite C, D, E into the chat?
and then you can see each other's face and such if you want from then on?
Or maybe switch it to phone conference?
    something like that~

Skype is ok too i guess but never tried conferencing more then 2 people.
Also, is there skype for blackberry?

I use skype business for everything.

GoToMeeting and the other audio/video conference providers all offer text/IM chat services as well.
