Oh snap! They updated iGoogle!
Looks MUCH nicer! Way more refined and streamlined! I like I like...
hmm. Seems like you can open some of the boxes in the homepage itself, it almost turns into a mini-browser in itself.
BTW, Canada, make sure you select a theme! They are sweet man. -

Went ahead with Eleron 911's idea. I ran out of real estate after 132 tabs (could have kept going with it just shrinking along the top but can't count 'em that way). So what I did was save that as a session, then do File--> Open Session --> 132 Tabs. That opened those 132 tabs in a new window, so I had 264 right away. I kept doing that whenever it finished loading the next 132. In the end I got 793 tabs (6*132 + the one I was using in its own window, and another one in queue to load in the window I was using), when it crashed. Memory usage was 1,493,000 KB. XP x32 with 4 GB.
Now what I wanted to do was "Continue from Last Time" when restarting Opera. Alas, that option was grayed out after the crash.
Trying the same thing with Firefox 2. It's sizzling out a shade over 600 MB and with 150-200 tabs open - just isn't opening any more. Burning lots of CPU cycles though. Not expecting anything brilliant from it, but who knows, maybe I'll check and find it actually loaded them all.
Yep, FF2 crashed at 645 MB. Not that impressive. -
iGoogle is themed and configurable. -
iGoogle seems to be a popular choice for many members on the forum here. I guess you can +1 to that list cause that's also my homepage.
