Opera has them. IE has them(obviously). Does Chrome have them? Anyway, does anyone know when we can expect to see them in FF?

Firefox kind of has them already, but you have to use Minefield which is currently on 3.7. When I used Minefield when it was on early versions of 3.7, jumplists worked better than they currently do.

So basically, expect them in FF 4, due by the end of the year.

Yes Chrome does have jump lists. It had it from the beginning.

Basically out of Safari, Chrome, Opera, and Firefox, Firefox is the only major browser without jumplists (I think Safari has it?).

Yep, I Safari 4 has jump list support in Windows 7. But why would you use Safari in Windows?

By the end of the year? Wow, that's disappointing.

I know it sounds silly but I'm actually thinking of switching browsers just for the jump lists.

    What about this?

Edit: That Download link has something wrong with it, so download it from their website here.

Edit: I watched this video, and it really messed me up, and didn't work at all. It gave me some SQlite error, and I couldn't start FF.

So I backed up my Mozilla folder in my AppData, and had to re-install FF, and replace the Mozilla folder to get all my settings back. So just an FYI, be careful when trying this.

Firefox is becoming a bit long in the tooth. Its architecture is also quite poor compared to the modern browsers of today. I hate to say it, as Firefox was the only real free challenger to IE at one time, but just install Chrome and be done.

On a somewhat related note, you can enable Aero Preview for tabs in FF 3.6 without waiting for FF 3.7/4.0. Open about:config and enable browser.taskbar.previews.enable.

Don't know what I'm doing wrong but I can't get it to work.

Edit - Maybe it's because when I go to save the file it will only let me save as a text document.

Edit - I think I'm just going to ditch FF in favor of Opera. If I can just figure out how to rearrange toolbars and auto zoom I'm set.

    <------ uses Safari :)

Because you like webkit but would prefer not to use Chrome?
