    I am trying to solve PERT/CPM problem and need Management Scientist Software to solve it. Where can I download this program? Is it free?

    judging by the amazon link found in google, its ~100$ so definitely not free.

    If this is for a course at a university then it is likely that your uni will provide you with a free copy. This is most likely available through your uni's homepage or internal network.
