    I believe this is Legal, since you guys said that I can activate it using my Vista OEM 32 Bit key?

    So where can I get it frmo a trusted source? I don't want a crappy copy

    I think it would be best if you called up your OEM and asked for a 64-bit disc

    Other than from an official Microsoft partner, nowheres, because, by definition (i.e., OEM), that product is not licensed for free distribution to the public via downloading, but only from the appropriate OEM partners/affiliates. You'll need to check with your own OEM.
