I want to find an old one from an old Outlook profile.
Once I find it, what exactly do I do to get it into my new profile?

Both profiles are in Outlook 2007.

Go to Computer, then Tools, then Folder Options..., then View, and then select Show hidden files and folders.

    Still a little confused.
First off, I dont see any nk2 files in this folder (roaming-->microsoft-->outlook)

Second, wouldnt there be two nk2 files, one for each of my profiles?
How do I know which is which (assuming I can find it)?

I don't know why there are no NK2 files there, but there should be one for each profile, named as the profile name, like Profile1.nk2, Profile2.nk2, and it should be very easy to identify which is which.

its probably there and I just dont recognize it.
    I see the following files:

    Office Data File
    SRS File
    XML File

I have one of each of the above for each of my profiles.

Im guessing its the Office Data File?

If that is inded the right one, do I just rename it to the name of my new profile and erase the newer nk2 file?

You're guessing what is the Office Data file?

Yes, that should work. But to be on the safe side, copy-pasta the original folder somewhere else, so that if things don't work out, you can just put them back like they are now.

    The ODF is the NK2.
I have copied and pasted and replaced the names and it worked.

    Thanks again.
