Is this still available ? If so, supported till which year ?

I don't think you can still buy it.
If you have MSDN you get XP pro - but that's it.
May I ask why you need XP?
If you have an SP2 disc you should be able to slipstream SP3 into it... (on another disc) -

OEM means this copy of the OS is bound to the hardware.
Also, reduced support.
Result: Lower costs. -
Bound to the hardware ? What you mean exactly with that ? -
Another downside is when you update the BIOS- same thing. A call to the good ol' MS tech support system is required- Although this process is now automated, though still a pain in the proverbial you-know-what. -
heres the retail version, but its not sp3, but that can be downloaded easily

no need to buy the CD with SP3.
you just mainly need the COA (Certificate of Authenticity) or license.
then whichever version of XP you get, you can just slipstream (using nLite) the Service Pack 3 into it seamlessly.
Its what Microsoft pretty much does with their CDs when a new Service Pack came out.
P.S. I have been giving out XP Full Retail for free in for the whole last week.
Where to buy Windows XP pro with latest service pack ?
