    I have the installation media, where can I buy a genuine windows 7 pro key for the least possible price and be sure that it's genuine / not blacklisted or pirated key that they may misuse?

    That site sells MSDN keys, which is not allowed. If and when MS finds out, they will be blacklisted.

    Looks like you just wasted $25.

    Just sent my driver to buy me a boxed Win 7 Pro for $120 USD from computer plaza here in Dubai.

    that's my safest bet I guess I thought I could get away with a $25 USD key but that was too good to be true.
