    Where to download System Locale Language???

    I have trouble running a japanese "program". It needs to have my system locale run in Japanese.

    But when I tried to change it my computer upon restart DOES NOT boot. So i ended up reformating my Desktop..

    My laptop on the other hand managed to stay alive by system restore....

    I am wondering if there is a site to download system locale languges or another way around this problem thanks :)

    Have you tried using the program AppLocale?
    Using this doesn't require your to change the locale of your whole system.
