The only program I know off the top of my head is 7-Zip, which I use a lot. Are there any others? Is there a 64-bit Photoshop? How about MS Office?
Oh and I know there's 64-bit IE.

These are programs I have installed in the 64-bit Program Files folder:
7-Zip (like you mentioned)
Fraps
K-Lite Codec Pack
Mozilla Minefield (64-bit version of Firefox)
Here are some others that I have also found, but not installed:
Norton 360 (installs into Program Files x86, but has the ability to use 64-bit engine)
iTunes
O&O Defrag
Vista Codec Package
Alcohol 120%
MagicDisc
There's a loads more, it all depends on what you need. However, I don't think there is a 64-bit version of Office -
Photoshop CS4 has both 32- and 64-bit binaries as I understand it.

There is no 64-bit build of Office.
I use x64 versions of Putty, Gimp, Notepad2, InfraRecorder, TortoiseSVN, Python, POVRay, UltraVNC, and Firefox. -
comodo firewall has a 64 bit version. i havent tried it though
