Like the title says, I'm looking for the last version of Windows 10 that would allow me to search through the windows menu without Cortana. Also anyone have the link for the bloatfree version? Thanks!

Use O&O ShutUp10 to disable Cortina. Also if you have the Pro edition, you can go to Administrative Templates > Search, then enable the rule that says "do not allow Web search" and "do not allow cloud search"

The Bloatware Free Edition has been discontinued and no longer supported

If you use W10 Cortana will be there regardless. You can find RegEdits that stop Cortana from running but you should first read up on this before messing with the Registry. Beyond certified site that host W10 iso which requires you to have a Product Key no one will do that here. AFAIK there is no W10 without Cortana-that's part of the Windows package.
