I noticed GTA4 is not running as used to, my FPS numbers gambol between 10-45, which not so enjoyable. Programs also loads slower, so I checked taskmanager and show 100% utilization without running any program;

The Windows is fresh installation, but done with all the updates.

Yes, most of the CPU usage is gone now, but have hdd working between 50-100%...

Check and see if the built in AV is doing a scan or if a scheduled task is running or possibly if the disk is indexing your HDD.

It is getting normal, probably in the background was still running some maintenance or updates. However do not understand why had to use CPU power at 100% for hours until restart.
