I can cam with the quickness when I'm at home. But when I decided to cam at school, the camera would just not connect.
So I'm pretty sure it has something to do with the school's internet set-up/connection.
Yes I was running a firewall when I attempted to cam but I don't think it had any effect but I still disabled it anyways. Still no luck in connecting.
Someone shed some light?

A filter on the school network I presume
FTP sites are not allowed at my uni. A bummer as HP store all their official downloads from manuals to drivers on ftp servers -_-
Loving my new internet connection. 14 Meg heaven -
Damn. A friggin filter. Oh well.

LFC - I could understand your university admins not allowing YOU to host your own FTP site, but setting things up so that you cannot retrieve anything via FTP from anywhere else? That's ridiculous!
Why can't I video-chat with MSN LIVE MESSENGER At School?
