'http://127.0.0.1:1 appears as an exception to my restricted zone in IE7. My computer came with pre-installed Vista, & that message was there from the start. Can I delete it from the exception? Is it harmful in either case?

127.0.0.1 is the IP address that points a computer to itself. since your computer is usually not a thread to itself, it is by default in your exceptions list
