    Why is the clipboard in excel 2010 so annoying?

    This is really pissing me off. I'm trying to do a project and it involves a lot of cell shifting and copying and pasting data from firefox. Yet every single time I try to copy and paste I get a popup box:

    "The clipboard cannot be emptied another program may be using it"

    IM NOT TRYING TO EMPTY THE STUPID CLIPBOARD, how do i solve this :mad:
    at least it pastes properly but clicking ok every single time i want to paste something is driving me mad.

    Have you bothered to run a web search on the 'error' message?

    I'll bet you find the answer to your question in the top 5 results.
